The terms “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual browsing our website and/or making a purchase. “The Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to CeyDI Wholesale Ltd.

All terms relate to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to initiate and complete the provision of our goods and services to the Customer.

Payment Terms

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Cash

• Bank transfer (funds must be cleared in our account before goods are released)

• UK-issued debit cards

Please note:

• We do not accept UK credit cards, international debit or credit cards, or cheques.

• Full payment must be received before goods will be released to the freight agent.

• Goods must be collected by the designated shipper within 14 days (2 weeks) of purchase.

These Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement between the Customer and CeyDI Wholesale Ltd. By accessing our website and/or completing a purchase, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
