Delivery & Return Policy

Delivery

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive a further notification once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• Shipping charges will be calculated and informed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

• Free local delivery is available for orders over £25 within the United Kingdom.

• Deliveries are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

• On the day of delivery, we will notify you via SMS to the phone number provided at checkout.

International Shipping

Please note that CeyDI Wholesale Ltd does not currently offer international shipping.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds will be issued for the full order amount minus any shipping costs associated with the return.

Returns

• Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Refunds

• Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

• The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Costs for Returns

• You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
